No, no, it's a local bus that runs around Toyonaka City which is in the north part of Hyogo prefecture!

Toyonaka City is very famous for its handmade bags. And there are a lot of nice places like Kinosaki Hotspring, Kasumi Town(famous for its crabs), Konotori-no-sato Park(where you can see storks), beautiful wild beaches, and a great aquarium in and around the city.
