Matcha & Sakuramochi

Matcha green tea & Sakuramochi.

Sakuramochi is a Japanese traditional sweet. A red bean paste is in the center of the pink-colored mochi(rice cake), and it's wrapped with a pickled cherry blossom leaf. You can eat the leaf as well. (It's a bit salty, but goes really well with the sweet mochi.)


It's a wonderful sweet that makes you feel the spring has come!
