Ingredients:

1 cup of milk (or plant-based milk)
1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder
1-2 teaspoons of sugar or sweetener (optional)
Hot water (about 1/4 cup)


Instructions:

In a small bowl, place the matcha powder.
Pour a small amount of hot water and dissolve the matcha. Mix well with a whisk or chasen.
Heat the milk in a separate container. You can heat it in the microwave or on the stove, but be careful not to boil it.
Pour the warmed milk into a cup.
Pour the matcha paste into the cup and mix well. An electric milk former would be useful!


Add sugar or sweetener if desired.
