Allow us to walk you through the process of how our matcha can become the highlight of your original products.
1. Send Us Your Label Design
Please carefully read the documents "HOW TO GET ORGANIC LOGOS" before creating your designs. Initially, you can send us your design in PDF format.
Please create the design data using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
2. Apply for Organic Certification
Follow the instructions provided by JONA, the JAS organic certifying organization, to make necessary amendments to your design. Once JONA informs us of any required changes, we will notify you. You will then make the amendments and send the revised design back to us. This process usually takes about a week, but may take longer if extensive changes are needed.
3. Label Sticker Production
After the organic logo is approved, we will order the label stickers from a printing company. At this stage, please send us your designs in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop format. It usually takes 5-8 days for the label stickers to be ready.
４. Production of Your Actual Order
The lead time varies depending on the season in which the order is placed. Typically, early summer and the end of the year are the busiest seasons for tea manufacturers in Japan. Please inform us if you need the expiry date printed on the package, and specify the desired format (e.g., dd/mm/yy, mm/dd/yyyy, etc.).
５. Completion
As soon as your products are ready, we will begin the shipping process. If you require the organic certification document, please let us know. It usually takes a few days to issue the certification.
